AFFORDABILITY-driven sales momentum has pushed the button on the next phase of the $162 million Cambridge Residences boutique apartment project in the heart of Robina.
The third stage of the four-tower project has been brought forward and launched to the market offering a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments priced from just $330,000.
Located in Laver Drive on the doorstep of Robina Town Centre, Cambridge Residences has achieved sellout and completion of its first stage, comprising 164 apartments across two towers.
Project Manager for the development Graham Goldman, of Eastview Australia, said the developer was now turning its attention to the project’s next phase – buoyed by keen first home buyer and investor interest.
Mr Goldman said construction of the third tower was scheduled to start in late February with completion by August 2019, with Condev Construction being appointed.

Apartment sizes range from 74sqm to 158sqm including balcony and courtyard areas.
Cambridge Residences is being developed by SPG Investment Holding Limited and Starwaly Asset Management Pty Ltd, and will ultimately have 386 apartments across four medium-rise towers.
