$22 million settled across luxury Hope Island project

Brisbane-based developer Keylin Group is set to settle $22 million worth of luxury villas across its Eastern Villas project in another resounding success for the company at Hope Island on the northern Gold Coast.

The success of sales since launch in October last year are a strong endorsement of Keylin’s product offering in what has become one of the city’s strongest markets.

Located within the prestigious Park Cove precinct, the Eastern Villas community has captivated the local market with local and interstate downsizers comprising the majority of buyers.

The Park Cove Eastern Villas project is an exclusive, master-planned community that offers a range of high-end yet well-priced residential products.

Keylin Group director Louis Cheung said the Eastern Villas project will add to the strong foothold his company has in Hope Island – an area which, due to its waterfront positioning and world-class recreational offerings, in proving increasingly popular across the local owner-occupier and downsizer markets.

With over $100 million in sales generated across Hope Island over the last three years, Keylin Group has greatly contributed to the growth and transformation of the Gold Coast’s North Shore precinct.

“The countdown to completion for the highly anticipated Park Cove community, which has witnessed outstanding interest since its recent launch, has well and truly begun,” said Mr Cheung.

“We look forward to welcoming residents within this exclusive community and allowing them to enjoy everything it has to offer,” he said.

A high level of architectural merit is displayed through all aspect of the villas, both externally and within the homes’ designs.

Kitchens will offer high ceilings and reconstituted stone benchtops with modern furnishings and the latest European kitchen appliances. A kitchen servery will also flow to a generous outdoor living and entertaining area.

A central outdoor leisure and entertainment area, available exclusively to residents of the community, will include barbeque and picnic facilities, a pool and dining areas, all to be encompassed within exquisitely landscaped grounds.

As evidence of the project’s pending completion, finishing touches have recently been made to the outdoor pool and barbeque pavilion area.

Three and four-bedroom residences within Eastern Villas sold from $532,000 to $602,000.

Six waterfront villas within the community with direct positioning on the pristine Hope Island Canal and optional marina berths available, sold from $835,000 to $875,000.

Marketing director Tony Ashwin, of Ashwin Property, said the Eastern Villas project represents an exclusive and unique value proposition for local buyers.

“Through the Eastern Villas project Keylin Group has set the benchmark for value while creating a diverse and in demand product that is appealing to a growing local market,” said Mr Ashwin.

“Gold Coast residents have come to recognise Hope Island as a world-class lifestyle precinct and Keylin Group have created a range of residential offerings which will accommodate them in this burgeoning community.

“The Eastern Villas project truly represents a unique and exclusive offering. Featuring just 36 homesites residents benefit from a feeling of exclusivity and seclusion that is hard to come by in an area so well developed.

“It has been no surprise how quick buyers have been to secure one of the 36 villas. The community’s positioning, surrounded by water and nestled amongst million-dollar homes and world-class golf courses, allows residents to enjoy the leading lifestyle on offer without the price tag one would expect.”

A waterfront boardwalk created within the community will offer residents convenient access to the nearby Hope Island Marketplace.

Located at 23-31 Sickle Avenue Hope Island, the project is within close proximity to a range, dining and recreational activities.

Mr Ashwin said that in the past few years Keylin Group have been a major contributor to providing exclusive residences that are playing a major part in the development of the Hope Island Canal precinct.

Positioned next to Sickle Park, Keylin Group will be funding the $1.6 million upgrade of the park, enabling Eastern Villas residents to benefit from the additional recreational offering.
