Aniko Group has cemented its position as one of the Gold Coast’s leading developers with its latest project No. 1 Grant Avenue taking the top spot in sales according to the latest Urbis data.
Property consultants Urbis have released data which highlights the $140 million, No. 1 Grant Avenue project at Hope Island being the Gold Coast’s best-selling project over the last quarter.
No. 1 Grant Avenue which was launched in mid-August has reached 40 per cent sold in the September quarter with over $24 million in sales in the first stage.
Aniko Group founder George Mastrocostas said the quality and affordability of No. 1 Grant Avenue together with its prime waterfront position has translated to swift sales.
“We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver affordable apartment living in prime locations and this has certainly resonated with the market,” said Mr Mastrocostas.
“No. 1 Grant Avenue is all about affordable luxury and that’s something we’ve kept at the forefront of our minds throughout the whole process, right from site acquisition down to the detailed design of the apartments themselves.
“This has been a strong selling point for our buyers who are looking for a sophisticated waterfront lifestyle, and to be able to secure this in Hope Island where opportunities are limited, has really boosted our sales,” he said.
No. 1 Grant Avenue follows the success of Aniko Group’s Three72 Marine Parade apartment project in Labrador which reached sell-out prior to construction completion and was the fastest selling project on the Gold Coast in 2018.
“We are thrilled to have followed the success of Three72 Marine with strong sales at our latest project and look forward to continuing to build on the success we’ve experienced so far,” Mr Mastrocostas said.
“Sales to date indicate to us there is a huge calling for our product which offers resort-style waterfront living and the convenience of all the incredible amenities Hope Island itself offers.
“As word gets out on what’s on offer here and construction progresses on-site, we expect the sales momentum to continue,” he said.
Upon completion No. 1 Grant Ave will comprise 210 apartments with a luxurious twist that will bring all the trappings of a waterfront luxury resort for residents to enjoy.
The first stage at No. 1 Grant Avenue is expected to be complete by mid-2020 and will comprise 105 apartments, ranging from one-bedroom, plus study to three-bedroom, plus study residences. Apartments will range in size from 86sqm to 199sqm. Prices start from $369,000.
Buyers will enjoy access to a residents’ lounge, expansive pool with sundecks, a fully equipped gymnasium overlooking a children’s indoor play area, zen garden, private media room, barbecue facilities, a pet wash bay, secure basement parking and bridge free access to the Broadwater and the seaway.
The development is just a stone’s throw from the brand new $65 million Hope Island Marketplace and a short drive from the recently completed $470 million Westfield Coomera Town Centre.
Hope Island is surrounded by majestic waterways, some of the best golf courses in Australia and is also home to two world class resorts in Sanctuary Cove and Hope Island resort.
Hope Island offers a haven away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet provides easy access to employment hubs of Brisbane CBD, Surfers Paradise and Southport.
