Welcome to this week’s 2021 Media Hunt report with Adam Lacey, Director of Gold Coast-based Lacey Group.

With interstate buyers continuing to drive the southern Gold Coast property boom, Lacey Group have fast-tracked two of its projects - the Del Ray in Kirra Beach and The Monroe in Palm Beach - with leading construction company Hutchinson Builders being appointed.

The $63 million Del Ray in Kirra Beach, which reached a lightening sell-out within just a mere few weeks prior to launching, will comprise 72 luxury residences with full scale construction scheduled to take off this month.

The $35 million Monroe in Palm Beach will encompass 33 residences, a town home and a penthouse, topped by an exclusive 250sqm rooftop terrace which will also kick off construction this month. See the video for more insight!
