In this Media Hunt Report, Ben Small and Janette Chapman discuss Mereweather Residences, an over 55s development right in the heart of Newcastle.

Launched in December of 2021, 70% of the project has been sold to date with construction due to commence in the coming months.

Mereweather Residences will be unlike anything Newcastle has seen in the retirement living space, from its central location to its amenities.

The project will be completed in a singular stage, comprising of 140 apartments across 4 towers.
