Despite the challenges of building costs and interest rates, there have been a number of successful projects on the Gold Coast including Jonathan Drew's Lagoon Main Beach and John Kearney's Rhythm Kirra Hill, and 2023 is looking bright with more in the works.

Lagoon sold more than $120 million in apartments in 5 months and is now set to begin construction.

John Kearney's Rhythm Kirra Hill, which is under construction is among the developments reshaping the southern Gold Coast.
