Advertising and Cost Value of Successful Campaigns

Hayman Estates

Media Hunt coordinated a full-scale ‘one off’ media campaign for the release of Hayman villas with our strategy securing more than $2.7 million in advertising value across television, print and online media.

Mulpha Australia employed the expertise of the Media Hunt team to highlight the exclusive community of Hayman Estates at Hayman Island.

With only 21 luxury homes planned for the estate overlooking the famed InterContinental Hayman Island Resort, the Media Hunt campaign saw it aired in prime-time TV and print and online news outlets throughout Australia.

Various stories were published in national media publications including The Weekend Australian at a value of over $146,000, with a monthly reach of 623,000 readers as well as the Courier Mail Home lift out valued at over $25,000.

Broadcast over mainstream news throughout Australia’s major cities, Channel 7 Sydney and Melbourne News aired a 2-minute prime-time story valued at $420,000 each, a 30-second slot on Channel 7 Early Brisbane News totals $18,000 and a 2-minute slot on Channel 7 Perth and Adelaide News has a value of $192,000. Another prime-time Channel 7 Brisbane News clip saw the value of $240,000 for a 2.15-minute story. Channel 9 Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide News also saw a 3-minute prime-time story valued at $288,000 each.

Online articles also appeared in The Australian, The Property Tribune, Property Observer and Elite Agent.

Our campaign for Hayman Estates and our client Mulpha Australia totalled over $2.7 million in three months.
