Luxury Surfers Paradise project on the rise

Luxury Surfers Paradise residential development, One16 The Esplanade, is nearing sell-out and completion with demand for beachside residences on the Gold Coast ramping up, according to Ray White Surfers Paradise Group CEO Andrew Bell.

The exclusive development is marketed by Ray White Projects of the broader Ray White Surfers Paradise Group (RWSP) – the Gold Coast’s leading real estate agency.

With close proximity to the beach the boutique, residential-only project offers 20 luxury apartments over 16 levels, the top eight of which are dedicated to full-level apartments comprising of three bedrooms, a large media room and home office.

A luxury, two-floor penthouse, occupying levels 15 and 16 is on offer at the prestigious development.

RWSP CEO Andrew Bell said demand for beachside apartments in the Surfers Paradise and Main Beach areas have never been higher.

“Gold Coast locals and interstate buyers are being drawn to these beachside addresses as the location and lifestyle they offer are unparalleled,” Mr Bell said.

Head of Projects at Ray White Projects, Caitlin Rosenboom, said the number of sales at premium residential apartments, including One16 The Esplanade, points to growing strength in the local market.

“Interest in One16 has been particularly strong with only seven of the 20 apartments remaining, with just one half-floor residence yet to be sold,” Ms Rosenboom said.

“It is clear that the development’s luxurious design and idyllic location is appealing to a range of buyers who seek an exclusive property to become either a permanent residence or solid investment opportunity.”

The half-floor apartments range from 195 to 206sqm with the full-floor residences offering a spacious 400sqm, with 80sqm dedicated to an outdoor balcony space.

The design of the kitchen, dining area and balcony seamlessly flow, creating an ideal living and entertaining space that feels more like a spacious, open-plan home than it does an apartment.

The project’s proximity to the beach offers uncompromised views of the Pacific Ocean, allowing residents to capture the sunrise from the comfort of their balconies.

Thoughtfully designed floor to ceiling windows offer residents enviable views of the Gold Coast skyline, from North Stradbroke Island in the north to Coolangatta beach in the south.

One16 offers a range of private residential amenities including a gymnasium, pool, deck area and private lounge.

Remaining apartments at One16 The Esplanade are priced from $1.6 million.
