Luxury townhouse collection unveiled in prized $650 million waterfront community

Following a stellar sales run in the first release of the Gold Coast’s latest master-planned waterfront community, creators of the $650 million Serenity 4212 project have unveiled the community’s latest luxury instalment on Monday August 31st.

Serenity Green, a collection of 60 architecturally designed townhomes, will be created within a secure and exclusive gated estate taking shape on the northern Gold Coast.

A range of four different two-storey, two car accommodation floor plans will be available in the new offering, each with four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

The townhomes are set to be met with high demand situated amongst some of the last remaining waterfront land in the northern Gold Coast and priced from just $489,000.

The release of the townhomes follows the huge success in land sales Serenity 4212 has achieved, generating over $30 million over the last three months in what is the city’s hottest waterfront land estate.

Tony Ashwin, Director of Ashwin Property, which is marketing Serenity 4212, said the new offering would be met with high demand because of its superlative quality.

“Serenity Green really is a step above the rest in terms of quality and location,” said Mr Ashwin.

“There isn’t much on the market with the same level of offerings, in a beautiful, private and idyllic location that is so well priced to meet the market.”

The gated Serenity Green community, situated near the Helensvale – Hope Island border, is surrounded by the Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area, offering a style of living that is convenient and well-connected, yet one that also feels far removed from typical city living.

With just 60 townhomes on offer, each with their own private back yards, a feeling of spaciousness will be present throughout the community.

Mr Ashwin said Serenity’s townhomes have been designed to interact harmoniously with the community’s natural surrounds.

“Every aspect of this new offering ticks the box of luxury, affordable living. At Serenity Green residents will have everything they need within easy reach, including barbeque facilities, a large swimming pool and outdoor recreation areas,” said Mr Ashwin.

As a new-build project, eligible buyers of Serenity Green will be able to receive the government’s $25,000 HomeBuilder grant. Eligible buyers can also apply for the government’s $15,000 First Home Owners grant.

The spacious and open-plan townhome designs include kitchens equipped with the latest Smeg appliances and reconstituted stone benchtops.

The $650 million community is regarded as one of the Gold Coast North Shore’s best-selling residential projects.

Future stages in the Serenity 4212 master-planned community include a mini marina precinct with retail and dining facilities, and a proposed retirement community.

Serenity 4212 is located just 10 minutes from a range of retail facilities, including the Hope Island Market Place, Westfield Helensvale and the Harbour Town Premium Outlets.

The project’s joint venture developers, Keylin Group and Kinstone, have a combined development portfolio of over $250 million across South East Queensland.

Keylin Group alone have released over $100 million worth of residential projects across Hope Island over the past three years, including the master-planned Park Cove and Palladium projects.

Serenity 4212’s on-site sales office is located at 480 Helensvale Road, Helensvale and is open daily from 12pm to 4pm for appointments and inspections.
