Hamilton Reach, which sits on the eastern peninsula of the Northshore Hamilton urban renewal area, has achieved sales of more than $310 million since its launch in 2011.Among those sales are more than 60 $1 million-plus homes, including its highest sale of $2.8 million for a terrace home at The Keelson.The River Homes collection is expected to be officially launched to the market in September with construction poised to start in early 2018.
