Perspective Nexus Given the Green Light as Sherpa Property Group Appoints Builder

Sherpa Property Group has advanced its Perspective Nexus project in Palm Beach by appointing LPS Group as the builder for the luxury residential development. The project recently received development approval, and the appointment of LPS Group follows Sherpa's achievement of nearly a 50% sellout, with contracts totaling $48 million. LPS Group, led by its experienced principals, brings extensive expertise and a strategic business model that aligns with only a small number of key developers to ensure the successful delivery of quality projects.

Christie Leet, founder of Sherpa Property Group, considers the appointment of LPS Group and the attainment of development approval as significant milestones for Perspective Nexus. Leet describes LPS Group as one of Queensland's most accomplished builders and a perfect partner to bring Nexus to fruition. Notably, LPS Group is currently progressing construction on Pipis at Bilinga and has completed Bide at Newstead, showcasing their capability across various projects.

Perspective Nexus, designed by HAL Architects, will be situated on a 1,583sqm site at 949-953 Gold Coast Highway. The nine-storey project encompasses 32 spacious apartments, including two half-floor penthouses and three sky homes with private rooftops. Residents will enjoy access to luxurious communal amenities, such as a dedicated wellness space featuring a cold plunge pool, sauna, magnesium pool, and steam room. Additionally, the project includes provisions for 79 car parks, electric car charging stations, individual apartment storage, and other conveniences.

Construction for Perspective Nexus is slated to commence in the first quarter of 2024, with completion expected by the third quarter of 2025. The project has elicited a strong market response, primarily from local buyers, leading to contracts for half of the residences. This positive reception has prompted Sherpa Property Group to expedite the construction process, capitalizing on the project's appeal and demand in the market.

The strong collaboration between Sherpa Property Group and LPS Group underscores their commitment to delivering high-quality developments that meet the evolving needs and aspirations of residents in Palm Beach and beyond. With Perspective Nexus, both companies aim to create a landmark project that enhances the lifestyle and vibrancy of the Palm Beach community while adhering to the highest standards of design, construction, and sustainability.
