Just seven opportunities remain in stage one of The Meadows precinct, after the sale of 26 lots and three house-and-land packages.Les Rissman, sales and marketing manager of developer Unison, said the predominantly local buyers ranged from first-home owners to downsizers.“We’ve had young couples, downsizers rom North Lakes as well as second and third-time home buyers who want a bigger block,” he said.“Most have come from within a 5km radius, but we have also had buyers from areas like Loganholme and Mt Gravatt.”Mr Rissman said the interest in the Griffin area had surged in the past 18 months on the back of new infrastructure, including schools and train stations.
