STRONG sales and buyer demand have prompted Villa World to launch the next instalment of designer terraces at its $300 million Arundel Springs community introducing a contemporary collection of 87 homes.
The double-storey terrace homes will be launched across five stages, with the first 15 homes of Arundel Springs Residences just launched to the market.
Arundel Springs development manager Kevin Morse said Arundel Springs Residences brought a new level of luxury to the community and he is expecting the terrace homes to move quickly.
“We continue to see demand for affordable convenient living in the central Gold Coast. With this in mind we have designed Arundel Springs Residences and created homes that don’t make any compromises on what buyers want,” Mr Morse said.
“The terrace homes offer buyers spacious functional living in a home that is ready to move into, and that has been a real draw-card for home-hunters.
“Residences are a low maintenance design, with homes looking over Arundel Springs’ parklands in a very accessible and convenient location, just 500-metres from light rail,” he said.
The three-bedroom terrace homes include master ensuites with walk-in-robes, open plan living-dining spaces, a covered patio, a multipurpose room, two bathrooms and a powder room, all complemented with premium finishes.
Arundel Springs Residences are completely landscaped, with rendered exteriors, timbered paneling and finished with natural colour palettes.
Each terrace home comprises a double lock-up garage, spacious living areas and seamless outdoor living.
“These terrace homes are the epitome of a low maintenance lifestyle in a convenient location, particularly well-suited to busy families,” Mr Morse said.
“Arundel Springs Residences has full access to the community’s brand new 7,300 sqm park, which comprises a shaded playground, oval, walking and bike tracks and picnic areas,” he said.
Villa World has spent more than $3 million conserving, rejuvenating and upgrading the Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area, and introducing the community’s first park, offering a truly natural extension of the backyard to Arundel Springs Residences.
The developer has collaborated with City of Gold Coast to provide new intertwining walkways, bike tracks and viewing decks, giving residents complete access to the natural beauty of Coombabah Lakelands.
Arundel Springs Residences are priced from $490,000 and the terrace homes average 183 sqm.
The parkland address is within a 10-minute drive from Westfield Helensvale, A.B. Paterson College, Griffith University, Gold Coast University Hospital and the M1.
Arundel Springs is just three minutes from Arundel Hills Golf and Country Club and Arundel Plaza.
