Sanctuary Cove leaves best for last with luxurious Peninsula Collection

One of the most diverse collections of luxury display homes has been built at Sanctuary Cove as Australia’s leading master-planned community capitalises on the growing demand for luxury homes in its exclusive Sanctuary Point precinct.

Five homes have been completed or are nearing completion in the southern precinct, known as The Peninsula Collection, which has been the subject of significant construction and sales activity in the last two years.

“These homes have been specially designed by a select range of builders to capture the essence of Sanctuary Cove living,” said John Hughes, the General Manager of Sales and Development for Mulpha Sanctuary Cove Developments.

“The design inspiration is diverse, from Hamptons-inspired styles to the more traditional Sanctuary Cove residences featuring contemporary luxury styling, but they all have been created to reflect the best in modern design.”

The Peninsula Collection  is being delivered by Queensland builders Ausview Group, HomeCorp, Kalka and Gallery Homes.

All of the interiors are being specially crafted by award-winning Gold Coast architects DBI, whose works are featured in some of the world’s most luxurious residences and resorts.

DBI has designed the interiors for the Soul, Oracle and Nirvana by the Sea on the Gold Coast as well as the Etihad Towers in Dubai.

“DBI has a superb reputation for stunning interiors that we believe complements the quality of this superb collection of residences,” said Mr Hughes.

“Each home has been fitted with top range kitchen appliances, they’re fully air-conditioned and feature quality finishes throughout.”

Residential lots in The Peninsula Collection provide buyers with a range of options to create the ultimate residential address in the Gold Coast’s premier gated residential resort.

The Peninsula Collection are constructed on some of the final lots available at Sanctuary Cove, which over the past 30 years has been the flagship Gold Coast project leading the development boom on Hope Island.

“We’ve had tremendous success over many years at Sanctuary Cove but we are now getting closer to releasing the last blocks within particular precincts,” said Mr Hughes.

“We’re at a pivotal stage of development at a time when vacant residential land across the Gold Coast and in particular Hope Island is becoming harder to find. The current release is among the best residences we have ever delivered to the market.”

Sanctuary Cove, located on the banks of Coomera River, is home to two championship 18-hole golf courses, the five-star InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort and the community’s beating heart, the Marine Village, which offers a host of dining and retail facilities.

The Peninsula Collection homes are available by appointment only.
