Steve is a former multi-award winning journalist with 30 years’ experience in the media industry, spanning Australia and New Zealand.
He worked as a senior journalist with News Limited and has held various roles with major media organisations including the ABC and Australian Associated Press.
Steve established Media Hunt in 2005 and now leads a team of public relations professionals consulting to a wide range of national and multi-national companies.
Nick oversees the delivery of public relations campaigns for Media Hunt’s clients. He is a former award-winning journalist, having worked as business editor and sub-editor at the Gold Coast Bulletin for 20 years and more recently as editor of Gold Coast and Brisbane Business News. Nick has a weekly appearance on ABC Gold Coast’s Drive program with Matt Webber discussing the week’s big issues in local business and has worked in various media and PR roles. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Communication) from Queensland University of Technology.
Samantha assists Media Hunt’s account managers in the delivery of PR campaigns. She is a graduate of Griffith University and holds a Bachelor of Business with majors in public relations and event management and is also a qualified real estate salesperson with experience in residential property marketing. Samantha has held various roles in sport and consumer PR and most recently was responsible for marketing and advertising for a Gold Coast real estate agency.
Jessica is a Bond University graduate who holds a Bachelor of Communications (Business) degree, with majors in Marketing and Public Relations. Prior to joining Media Hunt, Jessica was involved in a number of projects, including a role as production assistant for a documentary and volunteer work both in Australia and abroad. She has also held a number of roles in consumer PR. As a consultant with the Media Hunt team, Jessica assists in the delivery of high quality PR campaigns and communications strategies for a broad range of clients.
Tracey has had a long-standing career in journalism, particularly in the property and business spheres. Prior to joining Media Hunt, Tracey worked as property editor and business property editor at the Gold Coast Bulletin. Tracey consults to Media Hunt’s commercial real estate clients and holds a Bachelor of Business (Journalism) from Queensland University of Technology.
Estelle has had an extensive career in media, predominantly in print media advertising. Estelle worked for News Limited for a number of years and is currently involved in developing marketing strategies, assisting with advertising requirements and coordinating functions and events on behalf of Media Hunt’s clients.
