Villa World returns to home building roots at $300m Arundel Springs

National developer Villa World has marked a return to home building with construction underway on 22 designer homes at its $300 million Arundel Springs community.

Villa World have completed construction on the first instalment of homes which features 10, three and four-bedroom designer homes with a further 12 on the way.

Arundel Springs Development Manager Kevin Morse said it was fitting for Villa World to make a return to building at its Gold Coast community.

“The Gold Coast is home for Villa World, so it comes as no surprise that we’d return to building in the city where it all began for us,” Mr Morse said.

“These homes will offer the quality and craftsmanship Villa World has become renowned for all at affordable price points and with the added benefit of one contract.

“We want to make the whole process as enjoyable as possible, so we only ask for one deposit, one final payment and one contract which really takes the stress off the buyer,” he said.

The first 10 homes have been built in the final stage of the community within a short walk to its nature reserve and a stones throw from Coombabah Creek.

All 22 homes will feature open plan living and landscaped outdoor entertaining areas as well as a premium range of inclusions such as ducted air conditioning, stone benchtops, leading brand stainless-steel kitchen appliances and double lock-up garages.

Mr Morse said Arundel Springs offers one of the last opportunities to secure new homes in the central Gold Coast location and expected the latest instalment to move quickly.

“We’ve continuously fast-tracked construction at Arundel Springs because buyers have been eager to secure what is a limited number of brand-new designer and terrace homes in a fantastic location.

“Given the quality of the homes themselves, the ease of purchase and the great facilities on offer we expect this release of 10 homes to continue the strong sales momentum we’ve experienced to date.

“These Villa World homes offer designer living without the price tag and a convenient lifestyle with facilities which promote healthy and active living and everything the Gold Coast has to offer at your doorstep,” he said.

Arundel Springs features parks, an oval, walking and cycling tracks, exercise and play zones and is part of Villa World’s Active8 communities which promote healthy and active living.

The community is ideally located within a 10-minute drive from Westfield Helensvale, A.B. Paterson College, Griffith University, Gold Coast University Hospital and the M1. Arundel Hills Golf and Country Club and Arundel Plaza are also three minutes away.

The Villa World homes are priced from $607,000.

The Arundel Springs sales display suite is open daily from 10am to 5pm on Greenacre Drive, Arundel.
