CLARENCE PROPERTY COMMENCES CONSTRUCTION ON EPIQ TERRACES IN LENNOX HEAD - STAGE ONE SOLD OUT IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS
Clarence Property has officially sold out the first stage of Epiq Terraces, a collection of twenty-six Live/Work terrace homes in the group’s flagship $250 million Epiq Lennox Head development, marking another milestone in one of the Northern Rivers’ most successful master-planned communities.
Construction has commenced on the terrace homes, which follow the successful delivery of Epiq’s broader community, including more than 450 residential lots, a childcare, sporting fields, community amenity and the popular Epiq Marketplace – anchored by Woolworths, BWS, and Chempro.
Stage One of Epiq Terraces is being built by Blackwood Building Co and features six Live/Work terrace homes designed to suit a broad buyer demographic, with all six homes being placed under contract within 2 weeks of launching. Each home offers spacious layouts ranging from 191 to 220 sqm plus storage in two-storey, three-bedroom, three-bathroom layouts.
Simon Kennedy, CEO of Clarence Property, said these terraces are the next phase of housing delivery for Clarence Property in the region.
“Epiq has been a transformative project for Lennox Head, delivering essential retail, infrastructure, and diverse residential options,” said Mr Kennedy.
“These homes, were designed by local award-winning Create Architecture and complement our community vision, introducing a flexible live-work product that directly responds to market demand.
Each home features a flexible ground floor plan that includes a third bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette plus a generous multi-use space that can be used as either an additional living space or home office workspace. Additionally, each home features balconies with elevated views across the Epiq development, as well as a landscaped rear courtyard, and two-car accommodation, perfect for young or growing families.
Epiq Terraces are being exclusively marketed by McGrath Northern Rivers Partner and Director, Nick Bordin, with completion and settlement of Stage One expected in late 2026.
“The current median house price in Lennox is now well over $1.5M and these new terrace homes were extremely well priced for generously proportioned, brand new freehold homes in the area,” said Mr Bordin.
“In the weeks since launching we have fielded strong demand from downsizers, young professionals, and small business owners who want the ability to integrate work and lifestyle within a community setting.”
“If interested parties have missed out on the first release, we encourage them to get in touch to be first to know when future stages are launched.”
The homes are just a short 150m stroll to Harmony Early Learning childcare centre, opposite Epiq’s open space and sports fields, and less than 3km to the town centre and beaches.
Clarence Property manages a diversified portfolio across residential subdivisions, retail, commercial, and industrial assets, with more than $860 million in assets under management. The company continues to pursue growth opportunities across Northern NSW and South East Queensland, having recently started construction on its next landmark residential community, Swell Woolgoolga.
