QUEENSLAND DEVELOPER AZURE HAS OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED THE HIGHLY ANTICIPATED WELLBROOK BY AZURE

Leading Queensland developer Azure has officially launched its latest project, Wellbrook by Azure, further demonstrating the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality housing amid a growing supply shortage.

The $189 million Wellbrook by Azure will introduce 240 terrace homes to Rothwell, a region grappling with limited housing availability.

The project will offer a mix of three- and four-bedroom terrace homes, spread across eight thoughtfully designed floorplans that blend rustic charm with timeless sophistication.
