In a move that raises the bar for fitness facilities in luxury apartment projects, every future Bastion development will feature a gym designed by EMF, tailored specifically to the space and needs of its residents.
Renowned for cutting-edge technology and innovative design, EMF’s involvement will ensure that each Bastion project delivers more than just a place to exercise – it will offer a complete health and wellness destination.

The first project to showcase the new offering will be Bastion’s luxury development, Nera Residences, currently under construction on Chevron Island by Bastion’s in-house construction arm, Bastion Built.
Nera is set to deliver 81 boutique apartments, six Sky Homes, and a full-floor penthouse, with completion scheduled for 2027, Nera has already sold 70% of its residences.
