SKF Development Officially Starts Construction For $59 Million Sceniq Bilambil Heights Land Estate

SKF Development has kickstarted construction on Sceniq Bilambil Heights, a $59 million residential subdivision in Tweed. With just a few lots remaining in the first release, this project promises to alleviate the region's housing shortage.

The sod-turning ceremony, attended by local dignitaries and council members, celebrated the commencement of this much-needed development. Already, 80% of the initial 30 homesites have been sold, reflecting the high demand in Northern NSW.

Sceniq Bilambil Heights offers spacious homesites with stunning views and a community park, catering to diverse budgets and family needs. The second stage is underway to meet the area's undersupply of residential lots.

“We are now working with our project team to bring the second stage of homesites to the market as soon as possible to meet the undersupply of residential lots in the Tweed and southern Gold Coast that we identified prior to undertaking Sceniq Bilambil Heights,” said SKF Development Director Eric Zhao

As Tweed prepares for significant population growth, initiatives like Sceniq are vital for meeting housing demands. The project not only addresses local needs but also offers opportunities for the region's workforce.

“This addition to housing supply comes at the perfect time to cater for our fast-growing population, with existing properties being tightly-held in this sought-after region,” said Councillor Meredith Dennis.

With completion of the first stage expected by year-end, Sceniq Bilambil Heights stands as a beacon of hope for Tweed's housing future. Stay tuned for updates as this transformative project progresses.
