Steve founded MediaHunt after a 20-year career in journalism across News Limited, the ABC and the Australian Associated Press. His time inside newsrooms shaped his understanding of what makes a story and how it should be told.
He has spent more than two decades advising developers, listed property groups and private organisations on strategic media positioning, reputation management and high-stakes communications. His counsel extends beyond media placement. He advises on timing, risk exposure, stakeholder alignment and long-term narrative strategy.
Steve has overseen campaigns associated with billions of dollars in development value, working across luxury residential, mixed-use precincts, hospitality and large-scale regeneration projects. He remains directly involved in major accounts, providing senior strategic oversight and executive-level guidance.
His approach is measured, considered and grounded in real newsroom experience aligned with a deep understanding of commercial objectives.
Estelle co-founded MediaHunt and brings extensive experience from her time as a Senior Advertising Executive with News Corp. Her background provides a commercial perspective that complements MediaHunt’s editorial foundations. She understands the intersection between advertising, editorial and commercial objectives — with a lens firmly focused on client delivery.
This perspective allows her to advise and guide clients on integrated communications decisions that extend beyond earned media alone. Estelle oversees business operations and provides specialist advertising and strategic counsel where required.
Her role ensures campaigns are not only well-positioned editorially, but also commercially aligned and sustainable.
Sean brings decades of experience in television journalism, having worked across Channel 7, Channel 9 and Fox Sports. His background in live reporting, anchoring and production gives MediaHunt direct insight into how broadcast news is structured and delivered.
He understands how producers think, what vision is required, how interviews are framed and how messaging translates on screen. This knowledge allows him to prepare clients for television exposure with precision and confidence.
Sean leads MediaHunt’s broadcast strategy, coordinating television opportunities across local, state and national networks. His established industry relationships and newsroom credibility support consistent, high-quality coverage.
His role ensures clients are prepared, composed and accurately represented in broadcast environments.
Gabrielle brings international experience across luxury travel, hospitality, lifestyle and real estate sectors. She has delivered strategic communications for premium brands operating in highly competitive and internationally scrutinised markets, including the Middle East.
Her experience spans brand launches, high-end residential campaigns and executive profiling across markets where positioning must meet both local and international standards. She brings an understanding of global luxury expectations and how projects are perceived beyond their immediate geography.
At MediaHunt, Gabrielle oversees campaign strategy and delivery across key accounts. She works closely with clients to align messaging with commercial objectives and broader brand positioning, ensuring clarity across every announcement and media interaction.
