Hirsch and Faigen appoints Maxcon as Eveleigh passes $100m in sales

Melbourne based Hirsch and Faigen has moved Eveleigh into construction after securing more than $100 million in sales and has appointed national builder Maxcon to deliver it.

The $240 million Eveleigh apartments in Broadbeach on the central Gold Coast is the company’s fourth Gold Coast project in five years. Its buyers are predominantly local and interstate purchasers, the groups driving the Gold Coast market.

Hirsch and Faigen director Daniel Faigen said the company was unsurprised by the strength of its latest Gold Coast project after delivering three high rise apartments over the last four years to the country’s strongest off the plan market.

“The appointment of Maxcon sets us on track to deliver Eveleigh early to mid-2028,” said Mr Faigen.

Adding to buyer confidence, the project has secured a major bank as the funding partner.

"Having ANZ on board for Eveleigh gives buyers further certainty that these homes will be delivered," said Mr Faigen.

"Their support reflects the strength of the development and our track record of delivering.”

The project launched in January 2026 and is now 70 per cent sold.

Sales have been undertaken by national agency Urban Activation, which acts for some of the largest and best-known developers on the eastern seaboard.

Urban Activation sales director Matt George said the take-up in Eveleigh in Broadbeach had been unsurprising given the continued strength of the Gold Coast.

“Hirsch and Faigen has delivered more than $700 million across three projects on the Gold Coast in the last four years, selling these projects out very quickly,” said Mr George.

“We were confident when we launched in January that there was continued underlying strength in a Gold Coast market constrained by supply and being delivered by developers with a proven track record and with an established builder.”

Sales prices at Eveleigh are ranging from $1,400,000 to $3,500,000, with half floor penthouses available from $5,000,000.
